"Golden Black Beauty"
This project is to tell a story of how the beauty of black hair can be expressed. Hair tells more of story within itself, but it depends on what story you want to tell. Whether it's braids, locs, or twist our hair makes a difference in the world.
It impacts our culture through the things that we wear too. If there was ever a time where you were told that you were not pretty enough, your hair looks to nappy, or that you can't wear you hair a certain way because it looks too "ghetto" Well I'm here to say that your hair is a crown, and that you need to embrace it, and tell yourself that you are pretty for anyone, your is never too nappy, and that you never look
"ghetto". Black is beautiful, being successful, and unique.
